Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP) is a training benefit for NTUC members to defray their cost of training. This benefit is to encourage more NTUC members to improve their skills.
Yes. You can first apply SkillsFuture funding, then use UTAP to further reduce the remaining out-of-pocket cost.
