The first company incorporated in 2002 SQDI, Service Quality Dimensions International focused on helping companies improve customer focused practices, processes and Worldwide TeleConsult was to help companies with implementing and improving customer led telesales practices. Asia Pacific Sales & Marketing Academy, also shortly and fondly referred to as APACSMA, was a merger of both entities to support organizations implement and improve customer focused telesales practices, to provide an industry accredited sales academy with sales role based certifications and revenue enablement advisory. The organization was structured as 2 business units, one focused on educational practices and another focused on revenue and telesales advisory.
