Due to the deep experience of APACSMA as well as the implementation of a detailed successful solution where SDRs managed to build a pipeline of qualified leads, keep the field-facing sales teams busy with meetings and appointments, and meet their KPIs, APACSMA was able to get executive buy-in and have an advocate in the Country Marketing Team.
APACSMA’s solution helped the local Dataiku SDR team members to outperform their counterparts globally, which led to an expansion past the APAC market and global scaling of the solution.
Each founder/student in the APAC accelerator was provided a working knowledge of how to implement an effective inside sales team that can identify, target, market to, and effectively articulate their USP (Unique Selling Proposition) so they can sell to their prospects. This allows each accelerator company to ramp up sales quickly, giving them a greater chance of success in the marketplace.
APACSMA’s solution helped the VMware team to outperform their newly established KPIs, where they exceeded their MQLs and SQLs and overachieved by 33%.
This was a project that had big targets with a limited budget. APACSMA was able to succeed by putting together virtual teams across multiple countries, put in place the operational process, systems and cadence, enabled them and made sure everyone was given numbers and goals to achieve the required goals in defined time and budget.
Lithan Academy, Singapore Polytechnic, and Knowledge Group are all educational institutions offering comprehensive programs. Partnering with each institution, APACSMA provided sales training classes and certifications, which included training for students in prospecting, lead generation, digital marketing, presentation skills, and general sales education.
After completion of the program, students were able to get industry-recognized certifications that help in their employment efforts, adding value for both the student and the hiring organization because they can be confident in the sales competency of the students with certifications. These types of certifications make the course offerings more desirable, which directly led to more registrations for each education institution.
