In 2002, Service Quality Dimensions International (SQDI) began its journey, committed to transforming how businesses engage with their customers worldwide. From the outset, our goal was clear: to enhance customer-focused practices and processes, ensuring every interaction left a lasting positive impression.

Parallelly, Worldwide TeleConsult emerged with a pioneering vision in 2002—to revolutionize telesales through customer-centric strategies. Our focus on personalized interactions aimed to not only drive sales but also foster deeper customer relationships.

The convergence of these pioneering entities culminated in a landmark moment in 2013 with the inception of Asia Pacific Sales & Marketing Academy Pte Ltd (APACSMA). Born from the merger of SQDI and Worldwide TeleConsult, APACSMA was uniquely positioned to empower organizations with comprehensive solutions for implementing and refining customer-focused telesales practices and to redefine professional education in sales and marketing. Central to our mission was develop more customer-focused sales professionals.

  2. • Born as Service Quality Dimensions International. Supported various telemarketing and tele sales setups.
  3. Awarded Singapore National Accredited NSRS and Service Excellence Auditor Cert.
  4. Called to support Microsoft's Most Important Global Tele project
  5. Implemented and Supported Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Google, Apple, NetApp and Cisco Programs.
  6. Well-known for Contact Centre and Tele Sales Championship. After supporting various major brands and organizations, company was rebranded and incorporated as Asia Pacific Sales & Marketing Academy to focus on sales specialisation.
  7. APACSMA championed and sponsored various Global Sales Communities into Singapore. Became an APAC and Middle East Arm for Global Inside Sales Association. Recognized as an APAC Leader for Inside Sales Education.
  8. Became an Approved Training Org and Assessment Centre for Association of Professional Sales, UK. Introduced Global Sales Standards, Provided Diploma and Degree in Sales Pathways.
  9. Became an Approved Program Partner for Singapore Government Inside Sales and Digital Sales Enablement and Transformation Program. Singapore companies would be able to claim 4 months salary support in addition to 70% course fee subsidy.
  10. APACSMA Championed and Sponsored Enterprise Sales Forum into Singapore.
  11. Further Major Brands and New Logos Acquired. Strengthened Partnership with Global Industry Bodies to Champion Global Standards and Global Sales Education.
  12. Strengthened Partnership with Singapore government up to 4 months salary funding & Collaboration on Malaysian Digital Economy through Knowledge Group of Companies.
  13. Strengthened Partnership with Association of Professional Sales and Global Inside Sales Association.
  14. Launched Data Science Career Conversion Programme under APACSMA.
  15. Strengthened Partnership with Employment and Employability Institute (E2i) to provide government funded sales programmes to the hiring companies in Singapore.
  16. Launched Certified AI Sales Specialist programme under APACSMA.
